Black mold and leaking ceilings
May 4, 2023Lived on the top floor. Our ceiling constantly fell in. Anytime it rained outside it poured inside. Brought issues to the landlords attention multiple times and was told "if you don't like it move" Ceilings were leaking in kitchen, living room and bathroom. Landlord said "we gave you bins to catch the water. Get over it" Had to get Ledge Light Health Distric involved just to have ceilings "repaired". After we finally moved out landlord threatened to take us to court for "water damage to carpets" ...You're better off being homeless than living here. Elevator is constantly broken, parking is in a paid lot across the street (that often breaks down with no attendant so your car gets stuck).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
