Great location, easy living
November 13, 2024Been with Fairfax Circle Villa for nearly a decade. I appreciate the location, setting, reasonable price compared to others nearby. They are fair people, not corporate, but family owned. They don't nickel and dime you, no unnecessary amenities that you have to pay for. Buildings are older but rent is priced for that. Apartment living comes with pros and cons. Utilities are included too. I find that people that write these harsh reviews have usually done something to get their car towed or didn't ...read notices and are pissed about it. Avoid This Nightmare at All Costs
September 6, 2024I'm writing this review to warn anyone considering moving here. This place is a complete disaster, and the management is absolutely clueless. I've been dealing with constant noise disturbances from my neighbors, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done to address the issue. The management seems more interested in collecting rent than ensuring the well-being of their tenants. They've been completely unresponsive to my concerns, and it's clear that they don't care about the quality ...of life here. I've never felt so unsafe and unhappy in a living situation.
