Very nice staff
April 9, 2021The staff specifically, Karla (I believe that was her name) was very open, and honest with all questions I had regarding my lease. It's my first time renting and though I haven't been completely satisfied, my interactions with Karla have always been great. There was a previous manager that's no longer there that I refused to work with because of how she treated myself and other guests. Everyone else in the office at least tries their best to help!Property Manager Responded

No le importa a la administración
March 9, 2021Esto es insoportable no dan mas que un parqueo estoy tratando de llegar a un acuerdo con la administración y ni pagando quieren asignar un segundo parqueo se llevaron mi carro toco pagar $160 no es justo que pongan límite solo de un parqueo! El aire no sirve dicen aire acondicionado y no sirve para nada en otros apartamentos por lo menos cobran un segundo parqueo y aquí no dan esa oportunidadProperty Manager Responded

Fake reviews
August 4, 2020Those people who gave this place more than one star are employed there or something. this place is awful. huge rats all over, furniture outside the building grounds, people loitering and bothering the women that walk around, A/C never works so people have their own unit which looks awful. there have been two murders in less than two years.Property Manager Responded
August 13, 2020Unfortunately, we are unable to locate you in our resident database. We would very much like to speak with you to address any issues you are having with your apartment immediately. We maintain an annual pest contract with a reputable pest contractor who is on-site weekly performing preventative pest control. We are happy to send the contractor to your apartment to inspect the unit and treat for any issues you may be having. Additionally, we have an online portal where you can report any maintenance issues, or you may stop by the on-site management office; they will be happy to submit a work order for you. HOW HORRIBLE! / QUE HORRIBLE!
May 14, 2019This place is the worst! Horrible Management! Ever since Capital Investment Advisors has taken over the property it has only gotten worse! Its robbery what they are charging people to live here! Not just but that but NOTHING WORKS!! Where to start?! -The toilets always get clogged -Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms -The hallways smell like urine -People who don't live here loiter and create a mess -Trash is all over the property -The floors are coming apart -Hot water runs out -Cigarette ...butts are all over the ground! -The hallway/stair wells are filthy!!!!~!!!Property Manager Responded

ice cream man
April 8, 2018I have been selling ice cream to this property for over 3 years . i have gotten rob 2 years ago coming through this property and the violence i have seen was horrible. ever since this new management company has taken over the crime rate and violence has drop and the staff is so friendly. i have talked to the manager and her goals for this community is awesome i have never see a manager cares the staff is fun and involved with this community. i give them free ice cream and talk to them ...everytime i drive through this place .and the manager is cuteRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 5, 2018I've been living here for 14 years and I love the new managmen team Tamika, Peggy and Blanca always make my day everytime I go to the office. They help out as much as they can oh and if you want to learn how To dance salsa go see Peggy.. overall there is room for improvment and everyday things get better and better. Don’t Even Consider THIS Place!
April 2, 2018Please, Find somewhere else to live. It’s not worth the money, the time or space. This place is filled with rats, roaches, bedbugs and other bugs. New management are sooo disrespectful.
