It's a small community that is family friendly with a lot of kids and pet friendly as well (with some restrictions in regards to HOA). The majority of the community is home owner but we rent. They work really hard to keep it clean and neat. The pool is pretty big and they also have tennis and basketball courts. Each home has it own front space for gardening and can plants some flowers or other plants. And there's weekly lawn maintenance.
