Fairway Vista is an awesome community to live in. The staff is friendly, and the neighbors are nice. It's close to downtown West Palm Beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in the area. The landscaping is very beautiful, and the community is upkept well.

Save your hard earned money and rent somewhere else thank me later. Place is a dump, hope u like asbestos cuz every unit still has popcorn ceilings. Staff is rude and nasty, management is non existent. Cars are constantly broken into and stolen from complex, look it up. Ur kids don’t need to be around and see what goes on in this dump. 3-4 deaths in my time there and someone got killed after I left cuz they were followed in because they never close gate and no security

I wanted to take the time to say how I was treated at Fairway Vista Apartments, When I first walked in I was greeted with a smile and a handshake(not much of that anymore). I was asked what were my needs in an apartment and I told the young lady, My family and I are looking for a 2/2 with a view. The agent took her time going over what she had available for the time we were looking. We felt at first the price was a little over what we wanted to spend but then we were asked if we would like to go ...

take a look at the apartment. Of course we said yes. We were shown 3 different floorplans and we choose the middle size 2/2 because it has two walk in closets in the 2nd bedroom- now my kids have one for each of them. We had looked around at other properties and the thing my wife and I talked about was the attention to detail that our agent took to go over everything and did not feel like we were a bother to her since we wanted to view all 3 floor plans and then take another look. We have choose Fairway Vista because we feel that this would be a place we can call home. Thank you to the staff at Fairway who made us feel welcomed and we cant wait until June 16th to move in.

This is a great area to live in. Everything is so peaceful. You are minutes away from I-95 and shopping centers. The staff is excellent. They always exceed my expectations in service. The residents are always friendly. I have a lake view and it is absolutely beautiful during the day and night. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. So glad I picked Fairway Vista!

Beautiful fountain at entrance of community. Office and clubhouse are very welcoming. Staff isn't like most. They are very down to earth to talk to. If you have problems or questions they make sure to make you feel just as good as when you were filling out your lease papers. Most apartment complexes are nice and welcoming when they are showing you the apartment and giving you your keys. Not this place. They act the same way. They are definitely the exception. I've rented at a lot of communities ...

and this is by far the best. As far as the apartment is concerned. The layout is very unique. Walls have no damage, kitchen appliances are clean and work properly.The property grounds are maintained. No trash on the grass or in the parking lot. Landscape is kept up and beautiful.
