I signed a lease with the first month free and not only will they not honor that, they served me an eviction notice after moving in just 2 weeks ago! This is awful treatment of tenants.

My family signed a 13 month lease back in December which comes with a free month and now they will not honor it. They are also discontinuing having electric, cable and internet included in the price of rent, starting in October rent will be $30 cheaper a month which is a complete joke. So if you thought this was a reasonable place to live, think again.

I am in love with this property! A great place to call "home". Our entire family have loved our time here and will always recommend it to others. I am currently at Falcon Heights and have signed a 2 year lease. I love it so much I even asked if we could purchase our home so our family would never have to move again. The current management is by far the best Rochester has to offer! MaryLynn, Rick & Mason have went above and beyond accomidating my requests in a timely matter to the best of there ...
