Cheap interior
December 26, 2023The walls have air bubbles from the horror paint job; the floors creek, the walls are cheap and thin and can hear everything. The wires in the socket are installed incorrectly. Also, landlord is inconsistent.Review from Apartments.com
Money Pit
July 27, 2015The outside of the apartment complex looks great, they always have landscapers come do the flowers or the mulch. There are beautiful trees and houses in the neighborhood. But when you get inside, there is nothing worth paying $1,175 for rent and ALL utilities for. The basement floods every time it rains. There was a dead rat laying on the floor near the washer. The alarm system goes off 24/7 in the basement. There are bedbugs, outdated appliances, and calling maintenance is useless. I feel like ...I'm paying for a quality apartment but getting nothing in return. The second my lease is up, I'm running for the hills!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
