August 13, 2015lake colony apts is a very good place to live and raise a family. It's close enough to a major freeway, but far enough away that you don't hear the traffic noise.live near the lake so you get a nice view.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015Initially the idea is great to live on the lake, but you soon realize the rent is so cheap for a reason..yes the grounds are kept up and my owners are fast to fix anything..but you soon come to understand that not all owners are so good about the upkeep of the condos..it's a great place for a temporary stay..
