I would recommend this location to friends and family. Excellent location and you can't beat the prices for this part of the Terre Haute area.

Everything was completely fine until about a month before I moved out. Tyler (the landlord) violated my lease and entered my apartment without notifying me then tried to lie about why he did it. First stating that he thought I had moved out (when I in no way had told them I had), then stated it was because of a “flea infestation” that he said equated to an emergency. Even though I had been in no way notified of any concerns about fleas. Then completely took my entire $700 deposit other than $26. ...
