Pricing for Convenience Packages will be based on floor plan type - our friendly Leasing Team will guide you through the process. If you choose to join our community, you will pay an additional monthly Convenience Package fee. When you sign your lease, the cost of your Convenience Package will be added to your monthly rent. Valet Trash Service Resort style living wouldn't be complete without having a dedicated team to make sure your every need is taken care of. Taking out the trash can be one of the most dreaded daily tasks, but you no longer have to deal with it. A Valet Trash Service Attendant will visit your door 5 nights per week to handle the dirty work! Water/Sewer Take as many relaxing soaks in your garden tub as your heart desires or wash as many loads of laundry as you please with your included full-size washer/dryer all while knowing that your monthly total to us will never change!
