I have not had a pleasant experience living in this complex. I have had several theft experiences and maintenance is not a strong suit at this apartment complex.

Ask them about all the things they DONT TELL YOU ABOUT UNTIL YOU HAVE MOVED IN. Smelly water. Garages flood and freeze over EVERY year, and don't store anything but your car in them because they are unfinished and people break into 1 and have access to ALL of them by simply crawling over the rafters, and finally they freeze shut regularly and they dont consider it an emergency and will only show up to help when they feel fit to do so. Nevermind you needing to get to work, Dr., kids to ...
school...Snow removal is all but laughable as, well they remove only some of it!! I'm done explaining...4 YEARS of explaining, complaining, requesting meeting with ofc staff and regional managers and being ignored, dismissed and LIED to. This info scratches merely the surface of it all. 4 YEARS I've been at this....

Brownstone is a great location for people who want to be apart of the Fargo community. Near the apartment complex is a biking path to many different parks in the area. The housing looks fantastic and the pricing is amazing. I would highly recommend brownstone!

Working with the staff at flagstone has been amazing! with the stress of moving they were so helpful with everything and made sure I had all the things i needed and even helped with other things like electric hook up and maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manor! They made the stress of moving a little less stressful and just an amazing community to move into!!
