Made college awful

Nothing gets fixed in the promised "24-hour window" My lock was broken from November until July, then the new door didn't work. The "on-sight" parking lot is dangerous to walk and drive in. The RA's did not take the noise complaints seriously, even though the lease has a right to private enjoyment clause. The management will do everything to bend the truth and make your problems with the space as your fault as possible. For example, there was a waiting list when I wanted to sublease then there ...

wasn't, and I was told my noise problems "were in the past". Then I come to find out there are other apartments for sublease, none of which are labeled as openings on any advertising platform, so everyone that is trying to get out of their lease is essentially getting railroaded by the property group into staying. I'm sure none of their other apartment buildings are any better.
