Elevators are almost always broken. A/C is not only from the 70's, its very loud, like vibrate all interior partitions loud...My own vibrating home would be nice but it never really gets cool inside apartment. But thats when its actually working. From mid June to August it didnt work at all...Like the entire building didnt have AC. They have hidden fees everywhere! $150 just to move out...for what? I get to use the elevator that I pay rent for? Capitol hill is very transient, which means they ...

have no problem increasing rent if you renew lease. I just feel used. Don't bother with this horrible building and HOA. You can find better.
