Ceiling Fan wobbly and noisy I submitted a maintenance request on a Monday morning. Next day, I was told that it wud get done by either Tuesday or, for sure, Wednesday. By the following Monday, one week later, still not fixed. I called the Manager and it eventually got done. For a 10 minute job, it cud've been done right away - one week was too long to wait. The fan cud've fallen off and hurt someone in the meantime. Under the previous Property Manager, the last Maintenance Supervisor always got ...

Building 4 I lived there for 8 years with my family and during that 8 years, I found it was a great place to live minus the few car break ins to my car and one of my cars being stolen in 2019.

I was woken up by gun shots outside the apartment complex. My car was broken into while parked in the residence lot. They overcharge on utilities and the office staff are unresponsive to residence requests. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live.
