I live on A side- over all, my side of the apartments is quiet but if you live in a bottom floor be prepared to hear everything coming from your upstairs neighbors. I’m currently in the process of transferring and other than it was a bit difficult to get ahold of the property manager in person, everything went smoothly. I don’t mind these apartments. I can see myself living here for awhile.

Price reflects what you pay for. Interior is on the cheaper side. Plenty of parking and community itself is pretty quiet and respectful. The gate is constantly left open which allowed for a couple car tire thefts. Pools, gym and free yoga classes are nice. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix any problems you may have.

Folio is a good community. If you have a maintenance problem that needs to be solved immediately like your only toilet is clogged they will come ASAP. Apartments come with a washer and dryer.

I’ve been living here for over a year now and love my time at Folio. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around North Burnet and central Austin. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled fast. The amenities are well-maintained, and it truly feels like home.

I have lived at Folio Apartments for 2 years now, and I really like it. It feels safe and friendly. Staff is friendly. The gym is nice. I haven’t used the pools yet, but it’s great that there are 3. Only thing I don’t like is having to pay for Fetch service every month even though I never use it. It should be optional.

So far I am loving Folio. Everyone here is really nice. Literally every single person that I have talked to here whether they are staff or residents are super friendly. They had a pretty sweet special going on when I came in. Living next to the Domain is great. I came from Steiner Ranch so I was way out there, now im way closer to food spots etc.
