June 5, 2025Great place to live. Clean, well kept, responsive maintenance, great location. One minor issue is the pet spa is only open during office hours which makes it inconvenient to use if you are at work during the day. Annual rent increases are annoying when the rate offered to new move-ins is often significantly lower. Besides that, I’ve enjoyed living here.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2025Wonderful experience. ! This is a beautiful property. I love their proximity to the Domain and some great shops/bars. The Folio staff is so helpful, especially the managers, Reggie and Bailey. Maintenance is quick to address any concern.
