Had an issue with ants coming in thru the baseboards twice since moving in but maintenance has always been so helpful and prompt with all of our requests. September 4, 2025I've been at Folio for 3 years and I still enjoy being here. The community is so close to all my essentials and the actually community grounds are nice to walk around in. The options for multiple pools is very convenient. The gym has equipment to target your main muscle groups, though it probably could use a machine to focus on core. They offer free weekly yoga sessions, twice a week I might add. You're less than two miles away from Gracy Woods Park which makes for a nice evening run.Property Manager Responded
