This apartment complex is nice however it is going down hill due to lack of management. The manager lives onsite but you will never see her. Good luck trying to reach her with any complaints or problems. And if you are lucky to get a hold of her she does nothing!!! She never cleans the apartment complex there is trash everywhere and they are constantly breaking into the cars. The gate doesn't work so homeless people come in and out of the complex. She also rented to a crackhead who would walk ...
around with a knife in his pocket. Everyone here says she is useless. If there is a noisy neighbor ( which there are tons of them) and it's your lucky day and she answers she will say call the police. She does not enforce leasing rules and does not care. I have no idea how she has her job still. This manager is terrible.
