Pretty on the outside!

The only reason the apartments get two stars is for the landscaping, pool, and spa. The apartments themselves are over 30 years old and the bathrooms/kitchens have never been updated, yet they charge brand new prices. Don't ever think you're getting your security deposit back! I was there for 9 months and didn't put a hole in the wall, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, yet was charged almost $700 for repetitive cleaning! Greedy!!!

I would not recommend! They evict for no reason and keep your security deposit! Do not rent from Hignell Company..they just want $ and raise your rent often!
