Careful
January 19, 2021They will tell you there's a 60+ day wait list. However, you must pay a $200 Hold fee just to apply (along with the application fee.) After being notified of approval, you have 24 hours to decide if you want your security deposit back or not, regardless of whether you ever rent from them. I enjoyed myself.
September 1, 2018I'm a very picky person about where I stay but I have to say I actually enjoyed living here. It's pretty quiet for the most part besides a few get togethers outside but the Noise level is pretty tolerable. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Maintenance is up to par. When ever you have a maintenance issue, they'll be there in a timely manner and take care of it with no problem. I also like that they do apartment checks to make sure that everything is in working condition and bug inspections. No ...complaints so I'd recommend this place if you want a good living space and environment.Property Manager Responded
