June 8, 2025I’ve lived at Forest Hill Villas for a few years and really hoped to see the community thrive. Here’s my honest review: Pros: The villas are spacious and nice. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Broken pool furniture was replaced. Barry in the office is awesome and genuinely tries—he even hosted a breakfast bar. Josh in maintenance is great too, though he’s stretched thin across multiple properties. Cons: The pool is rarely cleaned properly. It’s supposedly cleaned twice a week, but ...usually just skimmed. It needs vacuuming, and a neighbor’s water test showed zero chlorine—dangerous for our only amenity. Landscaping is inconsistent, with long gaps in service and crews ignoring large parts of the property. I’ve stayed hopeful, but repeated emails to management haven’t improved things. February 25, 2025I love how quiet this community is and feels super safe! The Villas are beautiful and are well taken care of. Our maintenance guy, Josh, is amazing! He is super personable and hilarious. I would love to see more community events. The pool in the summer tends to get really dirty and the amenities are okay.
