A quiet place to live, great for older folks and families.

I lived there while working security at AO Smith and aside from the occasional motorcycle driving by, it was quiet and peaceful. For the price, the place was great and the maintenance people were fast to repair issues. They changed managers when I was there, but both managers were really nice and professional. street that leads to the apartments and cars speeding, but the apartments are actually on a horseshoe shaped road off that road so it didn't cause a problem as long as one supervises their kids and sets boundaries. I am possibly moving back there in a year, maybe less from Florida to save money and reunite with old friends. One last note, I ran a home business and they had no problem with the cable company running me a dedicated line as to not have interference on my Internet from other apartments.
