May 26, 2020The owner is very hands on and makes sure the property is always clean and well taken care of. The parking lot is always clean and the common areas as well. He has gone out of his way to take care of his clients on countless occasions. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in living near Downtown at a discount.Review from Apartments.com

March 29, 2018Love this apartment community, Forest Oaks Apartments that we call home. It's in a great location, small, quiet and easy to get to know your neighbors. The community is individually owned, which makes it more unique and feel like you have a one on one relationship with the owner/manager. Jon is an amazing owner, and does whatever he can to better the community and your home.
