We thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities; however, our experience took a disappointing turn after our visit. The following day, critical information was disclosed to us that had not been communicated during our tour. When we attempted to follow up for clarification regarding the charges we would be responsible for, we received inconsistent answers with each call. Eventually, our calls were no longer answered at all. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning.

I recently took a tour with Forest View Apartments and I was nothing less than astonished. The way leasing staff and management took care of me while I was there made you feel right at home. This community carries a positive environment for their residents and it shows! I advise you to try this place out!

I moved out at the beginning of February and they still did not refund my security deposit. It is impossible to reach to the main company (Coastline Management Group). If you have a chance, stay away.

wow what a turn around!!! my wife and i were looking for a new apartment to live in. as we were driving i was telling her that we are about to pass a trash place i used to live in back in 2021. we passed by and my jaw dropped, i had to turn around and go back in the complex. i couldnt believe the transformation it has undergone! everything was brand new!!!! new units, new look, new management, new fresh feel! also most importantly they added 24/7 security!... needless to say my wife and i signed ...
a lease here and we are so happy!
