need is available before lugging your stuff into the basement. The only real reason for not rating this higher is that you WILL experience mildew in the winter and your upstairs neighbor WILL inevitably decide to move furniture to clean said mildew while you're attempting to sleep at midnight. Additionally, this is a "no smoking" property in which my neighbors across the hall and the breezeway both enjoy smoking. Naturally, the smell can get into my apartment which is a tad annoying. For the price, location, and the fact that my 400 sq ft studio is laid out to feel much larger, I would recommend Forestry Court as a temporary home for the 20-something just starting out.
