She was kind and courteous and always replied quickly and explained everything in timely manner. Do not rent!!!
February 10, 2019Honestly, terrible place to live for the money. This is one of the "Luxury" apartments in El Paso, with a price tag to go with it. Currently, the ground ( ALL grassy areas and BOTH dog parks) have been out of the "complimentary" waste bags. The result, dog waste EVERWHERE! This is a constant issue with this property. I cannot let my children play outside or I risk having them covered in it; HIGHLY UNSANITARY!!!! I would never have thought the waste bags to be an issue here, especially considering ...the $700.00 PER animal deposit, $350 you do not get back; what is our money going to? Our dogs are constantly becoming sick, almost every time we actually decide to take them to either "dog park"; so thank you for all my Vet bills. For all those looking for a home to call your own, keep looking!!!! Or at least walk the grounds yourself first, and you will agree. But there are 4-5 star reviews?!?!?!? Great place to live!
August 31, 2018Having moved from MA it's wonderful to have trees, grass, decorative shrubs, etc. The staff is amazing very friendly, courteous, and any issues were resolved immediately. My apartment is comfortable and all the appliances and HVAC work very well. A plaza is right across the street with a store for everything you need. The highway is a couple of minutes away. Maybe it's the location of my apartment but noise has never been an issue. Highly recommend.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
December 19, 2015The apartments aren't bad, but the staff is scandalous. They will tow your vehicles even when they do have proper registration and they will " lose" your move in papers and try to make you pay for the horrible carpet that is the same as it was when you moved in. September 22, 2015My husband and I are so happy we chose to live at The Bungalows At North Hills. The community is always kept clean. The front staff and maintenance are very friendly very helpful. If we had any problems with our apartment, the front staff took care of our work order right away and maintenence came out that day to fix it. I love that this community is pet friendly as well.
