August 22, 2025First things noticing while moving in was the lack of cleanliness in the unit and multiple things broken (screen door, lock on both front and back door). Washer flooded half the apartment on first wash but staff have been good in resolving the issue so far. Overall, after a little cleaning, quite happy with the move in.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2025We love living at Fountain View and truly call this our home! The staff are always helpful, kind and want to do a great job. The gym is wonderful to utilize especially in the super heat waves and extreme cold temperatures. The pool is our oasis during the summer. July 18, 2025Moved here a month ago and 1/3 of our maintenance requests have been completed. The one that was completed caused a flood and still waiting on the other two that I have put in three weeks ago. When I moved in they assigned me a visitor spot in the garage and then a spot someone else already had twice before they found me a spot. And when I moved in to grab my keys, I sent them an email stating I would grab my keys as soon as they opened at 10:30 and I was waiting outside until 12 to grab them.Review from Apartments.com
