February 25, 2026I could talk about how great fountain view has been for my husband and me because of the location, the amenities the updates always being made etc. but I won’t. We downsized to this location 8 years ago and what stands out the most to me is the maintenance crew. We have thought of moving but always in the back of my mind is where could I find a better group of guys to take care of us. They always come with a smile, do the job and leave with a smile and that makes me very happy I live here.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2026The apartment is quite comfortable, and maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Even when my manager is not in the office, other managers are willing to help.
