This has been a great place to live, beautiful community area, great location and friendly staff and management. May 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve mostly enjoyed living here. However, the garage situation has been frustrating. I work from home and hear that horrible noise all day long. I also think it’s ridiculous that we pay an amenity fee every month, and the pool won’t be open for Memorial Day weekend.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've really enjoyed my time at Fountain View on the Plaza. The location gets 5 stars. I am a UMKC student, so I can walk to class and the installation of the streetcar has made getting to downtown a breeze. Management is pretty on top of any requests, and they do a good job of running the community. The amenities are also very convenient. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the price and the lack of guest parking (which has been even worse recently due to parking garage construction)Property Manager Responded
