We love living at Fountain View! This apartment has a great gym, wonderful pool, nice fire pit area, a cute dog park, and is close to the Plaza and Streercar! The staff are the true stars as the leasing office and maintenance crew are great people.

i love the amenities here. the pool and gym are so nice and well maintained. the location really can’t be beat. i love being near the streetcar and in walking distance of all my favorite spots on the plaza. the complex feels like a luxury hotel. even being in the middle of the city it’s so peaceful!

We love living here! We have lived here about two years now, and we find the staff, maintenace, and amenities to be wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and quick to respond to our concerns and requests for maintenance. We also enjoy the clean, well-kept pool and fitness center.

Lived at Fountain View on the Plaza for just over a year now and without hesitation decided to renew the lease. This has been a great place to live, beautiful community area, great location and friendly staff and management. Moved to Kansas City not knowing anyone or much about the area I am happy this is where I've ended up and the friends I've made by living in this complex.
