FYI they just went up $150 a month on the rent...so if you rent you can expect another increase like this one. decent cozy apartments but very out dated for the price

You will never get back the security deposit even after you stay for 5 years. Never attend the complaints if it is common(Tennis court, Car Tire stolen cases, No heater during starting of winter for couple of weeks, etc....)

Dear Desi people,There is full of bed bugs in most of the apartment. They will not clean and arrange a new home. Instead they will ask you to pay 9 months rent and vacate it. There is no lease breakage. Beware!
