August 1, 2025this was my first apartment, so I didn’t know much but I do know that I will never live here ever again! The management here sucks! They can never keep a stable person in office. The rent is increasing, yet nothing has been done to improve my apartment. I have mold in the bathroom—which they claim to fix, but they just painted over it. There are roaches, centipedes, fly infestation & mice. The sinks regurgitate brown gunk every so often. I was located on the second floor so it never made it onto ...the floor, but first floor had a lot of flooding issues!!! during the winter my patio door froze shut with visible ice chunks around the entire frame. My heat did not get past 68° when it was set all the way up! There’s absolutely no parking in these lots. That means we are all parking in the fire zones and the police come around almost daily and give tickets, I will say the tickets are only $40 so take your chance as I did multiple times. The pool never opened until the end of summer, and I literally picked this apartment due to that amenity! I will say the only plus side to this apartment was the maintenance in the size of these apartments.Property Manager Responded

Do NOT rent here
January 23, 2024This place has been an unfortunate experience to live in. Parents let their kids run up and down the halls screaming all hours of the day while they watch. The ground floor has flooded a few times. Washer and dryers are a gamble on if they will work. Phone calls are never returned. There are mice and bug problems. Had packages stolen. Maintenance ripped up my floor on accident and told me to just deal with it. There are constant plumbing issues and water damage on the walls that just gets painted ...over and never addressed. Excellent value
July 26, 2021Very friendly staff, soundproof apartments, and shockingly fast (and cheap) fiber internet through Arvig. Saw a couple mice, but had no issues whatsoever with bugs. Couldn't have asked for a better apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Okay for the money and very convenient
October 6, 2015The apartment is in a really good location with a lot of restaurants close by. If you work in downtown Minneapolis, the bus connectivity is really nice. If you work at Best Buy, you just cross the street amd yiu are at work. The apartment is well designed with average storage space. Equipment is good and functional. Maintenance is prompt, leasing office is helpful. The only gripe I have with the apartment is that the roommate change fee is $100. Otherwise, it is a good apartment to live in.Review from Apartments.com
