Filthy Property
January 6, 2022The property is never properly cleaned. Take a look in the hallways upstairs. Cobwebs, dust, trash, dog urine, and other litter are always present. The fountains is now a swamp due to a "broken pump". The amenities close when th office closes and they don't care about tenant concerns. Also, the gated community is a joke when all the gates are broken. Think twice.Property Manager Responded

Quickly went downhill
December 30, 2021I could write a novel but I will just say this: Security is non existent and in the past year, the windows have been broken out of my car 5 times. The most recent was this week. This happens in an underground, gated garage that has had a broken gate for months. We pay extra to park here. The management and owners take no responsibility for the safety of the residents or their cars. There is never a week that a homeless person is not knocking on my door or a porch pirate is not looking for items ...to steal. There is never a week that I do not encounter a person fully inside the dumpster picking through the trash. I caught a couple climbing up a balcony to get access to an apartment at 2am. I found security sitting in a lawn chair near the office with headphones on. For years it was a beautiful, well-managed property. It's horrible now.Property Manager Responded

Be warned
August 10, 2020It’s a place to live, I’ll give them that. I have had equal issues with the old AND the new management. We came here because we liked the area and the amenities. We didn’t expect the laundry facilities to be hugely lacking, and when it ate 10-15 dollars worth of our card money, management did NOTHING to help us get that credit back for laundry. It’s small but it shows that they didn’t actually care. They did nothing about our upstairs neighbors who had way too many people living up there and ...would be making a racket until 10-11 pm when my fiancé wakes up at 3 am for work. Lastly, the maintenue is terrible. I had to call to make sure my maintenance request was received and I now have to sit in 85+ degree heat in my apartment for the foreseeable future since no timeline was given to me. Terrible place to live if I could give 0 stars I would
February 21, 2020DO NOT APPLY HERE!! MANAGEMENT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. I signed a 1 year lease with them and I regret it so much. It started less then a month of moving in. First they towed my car and then refuse to refund me the money or add credit to my account. Then I've had to have maintenance come in so many times and I've been here less then 3 months. My bathroom got flooded from a huge leak in the ceiling. There was yellow water coming out of the light ...fixture. It's been three days. so I called corporate and they told me that just because there's a leak ubove my shower it doesn't prevent me from showering. Also a week after the ceiling was fixed, while I was showering the shower head just popped off. And when I let the manager know she made me feel like she thought I'm making up all these problems saying that this is wierd we don't have many problems on our apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Roaches everywhere
May 24, 2019I really wanted to love this apartment because it's very spacious and the layout is great, but I just can't live with roaches. I am a neat freak and often get compared to Monica from friends because of how hard I clean. The day after we moved in we found our first cockroach here in our master bedroom. In the following days we found several more, some little and some huge. After calling management we were informed that pest control comes once a week and they would put us on the "list." If you have ...such a bad roach problem that pest control is coming once a week I feel like tenants and future tenants should be made aware of this. The day we found the first roach we inspected further and found dead carcasses in the outside storage. The final straw that has made me consider moving out was when I woke up at 3am to a giant cockroach crawling across my face and then over my son's stomach. Immediately after that I found another scaling the bottom of our bed. I am beyond disgusted and very upset that we were not made aware of this. At the very least they should spray between tenants if the issue is this bad. I'm in building 1582 so I'm not sure if the infestation goes beyond this building. Would have given 1 star but giving 2 because other than the roaches it's perfect. Very upsetting that roaches had to ruin our move in experience. July 21, 2015Tucked away from the bustle of life is the Fountains at Point West, situated between Arden Mall and Cal Expo. Close to freeways and in the surrounding area a Foodie's heaven, this apartment complex has the tranquility of multiple water attractions with fountains and streaming inlets filled with the wonder of small wild life. The peacefulness of the grounds makes the practicality of life that much more pleasant! A right sized and well thought out work out facility, a lovely utility common room ...with kitchen facilities, multiple pools and covered or secure parking, answered all my needs in one place. The rents are comparable for the area and the variety of floor plans made apartment selection easy. The Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the maintenance staff is cheerful. The apartments have been modernized with stylish decor and updated appliances. Lastly but not least, set your trash can out at night and its empty for the morning! Looking for a home?
