hands down the WORST property ive ever lived at. it was honestly 2 years of garbage. The management in the office is rude, helpless and condescending. contractors nearly killed my cats by locking them in a room without food or water while I was away for the weekend and when I brought it up to management they did nothing and didn't care even. the property is always filthy and covered in duck/goose poop. ive personally had my card egged by the kids of an employee and management tried to cover it ...

up. ive gone through 4 tires because management allows people to work on their vehicles in the parking lot (even though it breaks the lease). The unit was given to me absolutely filthy. honestly steer clear of this place at all costs, ive never felt this compelled to leave feedback on a property ive lived at.

This place looks nice but once you become a resident all of that changes. The staff is nice in the beginning but I have seen many different instances when people say that changes after moving in. I have been living in this complex for 2 years and for over a year the staff allowed harassment from a neighbor and claimed there was nothing they could do about it even tho I presented video footage. they have very particular hours that you are able to use the room but for staff members they allow for those rules to be bent. It doesn’t matter if you pay your rent on time they will allow you to be forced in an uncomfortable living situation. I have seen many people move out and now I understand why. People say they try to anpply bogus cleaning fees annd one person had to take them to small claims court and win. Instead of resolving the solution the only thing the management offers is to let you out of your lease for free. literally every day there is a land mine of duck and geese poop yet they expect you to dodge. They allow residents to feed stray cats which follow people who do not like cats into their home. This was reported as well of course with no resolve, as a matter of fact, the office person who I reported it to was chatting with one of the people the next day as she fed the stray cats. This is prime example of everything glitters isnt gold. The website claim there is security, there is none.

Filthy Property

The property is never properly cleaned. Take a look in the hallways upstairs. Cobwebs, dust, trash, dog urine, and other litter are always present. The fountains is now a swamp due to a "broken pump". The amenities close when th office closes and they don't care about tenant concerns. Also, the gated community is a joke when all the gates are broken. Think twice.

Quickly went downhill

I could write a novel but I will just say this: Security is non existent and in the past year, the windows have been broken out of my car 5 times. The most recent was this week. This happens in an underground, gated garage that has had a broken gate for months. We pay extra to park here. The management and owners take no responsibility for the safety of the residents or their cars. There is never a week that a homeless person is not knocking on my door or a porch pirate is not looking for items ...

to steal. There is never a week that I do not encounter a person fully inside the dumpster picking through the trash. I caught a couple climbing up a balcony to get access to an apartment at 2am. I found security sitting in a lawn chair near the office with headphones on. For years it was a beautiful, well-managed property. It's horrible now.

It’s a place to live, I’ll give them that. I have had equal issues with the old AND the new management. We came here because we liked the area and the amenities. We didn’t expect the laundry facilities to be hugely lacking, and when it ate 10-15 dollars worth of our card money, management did NOTHING to help us get that credit back for laundry. would be making a racket until 10-11 pm when my fiancé wakes up at 3 am for work. Lastly, the maintenue is terrible. I had to call to make sure my maintenance request was received and I now have to sit in 85+ degree heat in my apartment for the foreseeable future since no timeline was given to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID it’s just been issue after issue with them and I regret living here.

DO NOT APPLY HERE!! MANAGEMENT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. I signed a 1 year lease with them and I regret it so much. It started less then a month of moving in. First they towed my car and then refuse to refund me the money or add credit to my account. Then I've had to have maintenance come in so many times and I've been here less then 3 months. My bathroom got flooded from a huge leak in the ceiling. There was yellow water coming out of the light ...

Roaches everywhere

I really wanted to love this apartment because it's very spacious and the layout is great, but I just can't live with roaches. I am a neat freak and often get compared to Monica from friends because of how hard I clean. The day after we moved in we found our first cockroach here in our master bedroom. In the following days we found several more, some little and some huge. After calling management we were informed that pest control comes once a week and they would put us on the "list." such a bad roach problem that pest control is coming once a week I feel like tenants and future tenants should be made aware of this. The day we found the first roach we inspected further and found dead carcasses in the outside storage. The final straw that has made me consider moving out was when I woke up at 3am to a giant cockroach crawling across my face and then over my son's stomach. Immediately after that I found another scaling the bottom of our bed. I am beyond disgusted and very upset that we were not made aware of this. At the very least they should spray between tenants if the issue is this bad. I'm in building 1582 so I'm not sure if the infestation goes beyond this building. Would have given 1 star but giving 2 because other than the roaches it's perfect. Very upsetting that roaches had to ruin our move in experience. We have been here 1 week today.
