    I lived there for a year. If I could afford to move back in I absolutely would. I originally moved into a different unit and it was not ok. They gave me plenty of options in terms of switching units. Or a refund. I moved into 36B they worked with me when I had problems. The place is super green. The view was amazing. I wish I had someone to split rent with. If I did I would still be there. Thank you!!

  • Please dont move here

    They simply dont care about their tenants. They care more about the image of the apartments than the people inside them. I have had them in my apartment to fix something, and they left it in worse condition, not to mention he was acting really weird the whole time looking around my apartment. I dont feel safe here, and when voicing my concerns they simply told me to find someone to take over my lease, but then they said they dont allow subletting! Save yourself a headache and empty bank account ...
    and move into a place that cares about the people living there.

  • Security Deposit Rip-Off

    This organization tries to "steal" your security deposit by coming up with things they say are wrong that were like that when you moved in. I would bet they charged the previous tenets for the same things and then never fixed them, trying to charge us for what was previously broken. We left the apartment cleaner than we found it. Someone should bring this complex to task for ripping of their tenets,

    Over the course of the last 8 months I have had, overwhelmingly, the BEST experience I've EVER had at an apartment complex. From the first day I set foot on the grounds of the Fountains, I knew I was home. The Fountain's staff felt more like family than anything else! It always seemed as if they counted it as a blessing to be there, serving their residents with humility, happiness, and heart. The apartment home itself was absolutely gorgeous and I never had any problems whatsoever. In fact, the ...
    maintenance and management staff were so diligent, they didn't even leave an opportunity for something to go wrong! I currently live in a downstairs home and it has been an absolutely phenomenal experience. My neighbors are all quite courteous and friendly, and have never experienced anything negative whatsoever. If you are looking for a place to truly call "home" and want to feel as if you are coming home from work to what practically looks and feels like a resort, the Fountains are for you.
