      • Nice Units, Quiet Community, One Caveat

        For starters, I lived here for over 4 years but recently moved out of state for a new job. I never had serious problems with my unit but when I did need maintenance they were always responsive. The units are nice and I would say a bit above average than comparable units of this age (10 ). The kitchens were recently upgraded to granite/stainless appliances and are very nice; a welcome upgrade. My sliding door shower, on the other hand, was impossible to keep clean. Thumbs-down! The noise ...
        insulation is great - never heard my neighbors. The community is pet-friendly and a lot of residents had pets. The leasing personnel were generally friendly, some more-so than others. Would I rent again? No. For the rent Four Bridges was charging me, I could have gone 1 minute down the street (Palmera) to brand new apartments (now you know why they upgraded the kitchens). And Four Bridges was not immune to rent increases (happened 3 times to me). This even happened AFTER the new apartments were built down the street. Weird. From a value proposition, the rent seemed a bit high. This area is not a prime city location, it's country suburb. If Four Bridges is more in your budget, go for it. It's a good place. But here's my caveat; they will not work with you if you need to break your lease for whatever reason. Towne Properties is a big corporation and could care less about your life changes. You signed a lease, you will pay it in full. The new place I moved into at my new location (newer, nicer) allowed me to sign a lease-break clause at lease signing. Keep that in mind. You can try to ask for a similar clause but I was told they never do that. Lame. So if you can't afford to shell out double rent and plan on being mobile, don't rent here.

        I have lived in Four Bridges for over 2 Years.It is a nice gated community with a great golf course and pool/Also has a up to date exercise room.They keep the grounds beautiful with lots of trees and flowers.I feel very safe here and that is very important to me.The office people and maintence people are always very friendly and quick to take care of any problem should one occur.

        Four Bridges Apartments is the best apartment complex. I have never felt more at home and was able to get in quickly and easily. Everything is updated and I had no issues with the apartment or the move in process. I was able to adapt a dog that needed a home with no hassle.

        Apartments are very well kept, but some areas are starting to show some age. You have several amenities available to you, but you have to fill out an application to the already crowded country club to use them (included in rent). Kitchens have been remodeled and they did a great job on them. Leasing staff is easy to work with. Maintenance is understaffed for the aging apartments. Still waiting for a request to be completed from 2 months ago, nothing serious though. To be fair, they did respond ...
        right away to more urgent requests. Overall, 4/5 stars, Like the community, no riff-raff, great neighbors.
