I stayed in a 2 BR here for about a year. The place is beautiful! Exactly as the pictures. The apartments are also as the pictures. All utilities were included. If I could, I would stay here another year in a 1 BR but I am relocating to be closer to my work. The realty representatives are accommodating and friendly on the phone as well. The area is also relatively quiet. A mix of young/older people live here. They also allow pets. Great place to live in Monroeville given some places ...
here. I will definitely miss living here! :)

Quality and Convenience

I've lived here in a one bedroom apartment just over a month and there isn't really anything to complain about. There's an assigned parking spot per apartment plus plenty of extra parking for additional vehicles and guests. The grounds are clean and well kept, including a partially cleared out patch in the back with a picnic table, grill, and a space for kids to play. I haven't noticed any troublesome residents being disruptive or anything of that nature. As for the apartment itself; it's great! ...
There's tons of living room space, a well furnished kitchen that includes a dish washer, a coat closet, a linen closet, and in-apartment access to your furnace. The bedroom is also plenty big enough and whole wall of closet space. Both the living room and bedroom have cable hook ups ready. Each of the three buildings are divided into three sections, and each section has its own laundry room. There are also storage units for each apartment in the laundry room. Then there's the cost. I pay $695 per month because it costs an extra $50 to have a room with a balcony. So $645 a month and the only utility you pay is electric with a gas water heater and gas furnace. You only pay for what you have plugged in. That's a good deal to me. I've only dealt with a few of the John CR Kelly staff members, but I haven't had a single negative experience. Bill is my main contact and he's great. He's been as helpful and friendly as I could've imagined. Hope to see you around here!
