I had a confirmed 12:30 PM tour at Fourth Circle on August 28. I arrived at approximately 12:35–12:36 after driving to San Mateo. As I stood directly outside the gate, the leasing representative drove out, saw me waiting, and left without stopping, saying a word or contacting me.
When I found the contact number and called, I was told that she had left because I was late and had another appointment. The confirmation contained no warning that the appointment would be abandoned after five minutes, ...
and no one called or texted before leaving.
I understand that I arrived a few minutes late, but driving past a prospective tenant without speaking to them and providing effectively no usable tour window was unnecessarily dismissive and wasted my morning. Likewise, the "excuse" that the agent had another appointment makes little sense seeing I was supposed to have a full 30 min tour slot and only 5-8 min had been lost at that point.
I’m asking management to review how this appointment was handled and respond.
