Built 2017-2018, Fourth Street Flats is located less than three miles from downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico in the up-and-coming North Fourth neighborhood. Montano Rail Runner station is 1.3 miles away and the North Fourth bus line stop is within one block. Guaranteed gated parking and covered parking available by permit for additional fee.

Looks Are Deceiving
January 23, 2020The apartments recently switched management. They don’t keep up with the cleanliness of the building or do maintenance. Don’t waste your money.Property Manager Responded
