The property itself is nice. On the small side, unsecure place for packages to be delivered, and a small parking lot. Building is quiet for the most part. However, my issue isn't with the property. Management at this location was a pain. I lived here for almost a year and a half, payments always on time and never any issues with any other tenants. I began to hear sounds of a pest in the walls and I notified the leasing manager for this property. Long story short, instead of fixing the problem ...

(which wasn't corrected by the time I moved three months later), they instead let me out of my lease because I held them accountable. I sent several videos with the noises and kept asking for this issue to be resolved, even resorting to calling to speak with higher management who conveniently never answered the phone or called back. They conducted 10 tours during my final month of paid rent living there as well, so beware. I wouldn't recommend this property or this company to anyone. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for the amount of money for this place. I took the "under new management" when I initially moved in way too lightly. Don't do it.
