However, the management is less than stellar, and they will charge you for maintenance issues if they deem it could be your fault (garbage disposal issues). The interiors are extremely outdated. BEWARE. the red tape you will experience here can be worrysome.       We moved to Fox Forest about 9 months ago and are very pleased with our choice. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Buildings are well-constructed and well-maintained. Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests. Residents are a mix of families, singles, and retirees. Walking distance to Medicine Lake and to the Luce Line hiking/biking trail make this the perfect location. We enjoy living in Fox Forest and hope to be here for a long time.

      We just moved to fox forest townhomes a few months ago and absolutely love it! we looked at many townhomes but the reason we choose fox was because of the management. Desi was super helpful & engaged during our move, she always goes out of her way to make sure her residents are happy.

      I love living here because of the privacy and location but we just got a rent increase of 50$ a month. Last year was 65$ a month. The outside looks very outdated and could use new siding. Management is hard to work with when something needs replacing. Have been here 5 years and I will stay only because it is very very quiet and clean and privacy is terrific Utilities are pretty high as well. Is it worth the price? You judge. It's worth it for me to not pack up and move

      We moved in November 2014. We love our private entry and all the space we have. The property has a ton of walking trails with beautiful scenery. We are so close to Medicine Lake! It's great having our own private patio area to hangout and enjoy the summer. All or our neighbors are very friendly. We recommend this place to all of our friends and family!
