falling apart and roach infested
October 21, 2024roaches are bad here (german AND palmetto). water damage in the kitchen cabinets- i can't store any dishes/pans in my bottom cabinets because they smell like mildew, the washer and dryer you can rent for $50 a month is one you have to drag across your kitchen and hook up to the sink. the laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire building (11 units) and machines are always breaking down. people come from other buildings to use machines so i know it must be just as bad or worse in the ...other buildings. the laundry room is also in a gross smelly basement with more roaches. the only cars they tow are the actual residents here. they're always working on the water (shutting it off without any advantance notice).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t let cheap rent fool you
June 30, 2020So living here over a year this company does’t care for there people first when we move in it was dirty cigarettes in toilet and sink than later after roachs and bedbugs found around the apartment with mold coming out the walls we called the office to inspect and fix the problems but nothing was being fix or they come to fix than forgot about it especially with my door lock I ask them to fix said they was missing some parts and month later never fix to the main door. I advise don’t move here you ...can find something better somewhere else this place isn’t the one I feel ashame and embarrasse for who ever owns this company this isn’t right need be fix to do better for other peoples health and safety.Property Manager Responded
