September 16, 2025I have lived here for 2 years. Overall, I like my space. I have been able to get ahold of maintenance when I need to, and I rent a garage unit for my car. My biggest complaint is parking restrictions, but it is not a dealbreaker in my opinion.Review from Apartments.com

Horrifically bad
March 5, 2019There only good thing to say about this place is that it's located close to the Twin Cities and is nestled next to attractions. I cannot believe how thin the walls are at this place and how loud the floorboards are overhead. Not much has been done to soundproof so you're going to be in people's business whether you like it or not. You will hear people kitty-corner to you. July 11, 2016Just wanted to say that My husband and I love living here and think that Trina is doing a great job ! Landscaping crew has done a wonderful job with making the property and building more attractive thanks ! As for the apartments good size and overall happy, and with some upgrades like cabinets look very nice , and certainly can't wait to enjoy our new upgraded unit in Oct. We don't plan on moving from Fox Ridge Estates anytime soon and plan on staying here for awhile. Maintain crew are wonderful ...too , and I appreciate the great job that you've guys have done since being here etc. Again my husband and I would like to say thanks ! for making us feel at home and keeping this place safe and welcoming.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
