I cannot believe how thin the walls are at this place and how loud the floorboards are overhead. Not much has been done to soundproof so you're going to be in people's business whether you like it or not. You will hear people kitty-corner to you. The whole place is just gross if you have the chance to look at the walls, ceiling, and floors. So outdated and cheaply ...upgraded.Read More

Landscaping crew has done a wonderful job with making the property and building more attractive thanks ! As for the apartments good size and overall happy, and with some upgrades like cabinets look very nice , and certainly can't wait to enjoy our new upgraded unit in Oct. We don't plan on moving from Fox Ridge Estates anytime soon and plan on staying here for awhile. Maintain crew are wonderful ...too , and I appreciate the great job that you've guys have done since being here etc. Again my husband and I would like to say thanks ! for making us feel at home and keeping this place safe and welcoming.Read More
