Fox Run Apartments
September 24, 2023The quality of the apartment is not great, severe plumbing issues and needs renovation. The outdated high pile carpet they have is difficult to upkeep, and not good for allergy sufferers or pet owners. The walls are also thin so you can hear other units. They do not have garage disposals in the kitchen sinks which is a huge inconvenience. Pros would be the neighborhood is family-friendly and safe. Maintenance and management staff is accessible with most issues. Washer/dryer in unit. No issues ...with parking. Rent is reasonable for size of apartments but increases every year.Property Manager Responded

Fox run Apartments
February 15, 2019I moved in on 2015 at fox run apartments. I have a two bedroom two full bathrooms with washing machine and dryer. I like the community and apartment complex and it’s convenient to fox run shopping center and public transportation. I have had multiple neighbors not sure why but would recommend this complex. Only one down fall the propane gas bill can be high.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015I have been in Fox Run since 2003. Nice quiet environment with access to many stores and play areas. The rent is reasonable for the area.Plenty of parking with access to a pool and fitness center.Review from Apartments.com
