WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER RENTED — PLEASE BE CAREFUL
I lived here for more than 4 years because I genuinely loved this place when I first moved in. Unfortunately, my experience became worse every year. The rent continued to increase significantly while many problems remained unresolved.

lease, the leasing staff are very nice and friendly. However, after moving in, my experience with the leasing office became very disappointing. Based on everything I experienced over the years, I no longer feel the same way about this place.
There were problems with rats, leaking windows during the winter, and poor parking. The windows leaked so badly that the apartment became extremely cold and uncomfortable. My car was also scratched in the parking area. The unpleasant smell inside the apartment continued to be a constant issue.
The AC unit was dirty and did not work properly. It did not blow enough cold air, especially in the restroom, which made the apartment very uncomfortable.
The move-out experience was also extremely frustrating. Before leaving, I cleaned everything thoroughly, room by room, and took pictures and videos as proof of the condition I left the apartment in. Despite this, I was charged $800 in move-out charges that I do not believe were justified.
When I originally signed the lease, the apartment already had damage, including holes in the walls and other issues. I documented these problems and provided pictures with dates as evidence.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting here carefully inspect the apartment before moving in, take detailed pictures and videos of every room and any existing damage, and keep all documentation and communication with the leasing office.
After living here for more than 4 years, I can honestly say that my experience changed significantly over time, and I would not want another tenant to go through the same problems I experienced.
