Watch out for hidden costs
September 6, 2019I lived at Foxwood for three years, and for the first couple, I really enjoyed it. In the last year or so, though, things have gone downhill. Rent has gone up a fair amount, and you can only get year-long contracts, which is annoying, but seems to be more common everywhere. What's not understandable is that twice this year, Foxwood has upped the deposit--IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEMESTER. You just suddenly get an email that says "now you owe us all this money". Also, they charge each apartment $600 ...for carpet cleaning, which is ridiculously overpriced.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015Very nice complex. Each apartment comes furnished and is well maintained. A bit more pricey than other complexes in the area but worth the extra dollars.Review from Apartments.com
