Great Place to Live!
March 15, 2024I lived at Foxworth a year, and it was a great experience! The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. There are big trees throughout the property and a little creek with many different types of wildlife. Maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner. The resident property manager, Eileen, is on top of everything. Any problems that pop up she deals with quickly and efficiently. She is fair and gives residents a break whenever she can. She also throws great parties where the ...residents get to know each other. As far as the residents, it’s a wonderful group of people, and it feels like a community. That’s rare, I’ve found, in an apartment setting. The residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. I had no issues in the year I was there. I always enjoyed walking my dog and talking to people along the way. It’s definitely a pet friendly community. I always felt safe when I was out with my dog. Regarding a previous review about the property being dirty and trashy, nothing could be further from the truth. If the dumpster areas were untidy, the property manager herself was out sweeping and cleaning the areas. She also kept the laundry room spotless. No trash was ever left on the ground. My only reason for leaving was the desire to buy a house. If I ever find myself in the need of a rental again, I would not hesitate to go back to Foxworth.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Heaven on a Creek
April 22, 2022Well managed, roomy apartments in a creek setting. Living here is a good value and it is close to shopping and the freeways. All in all a hidden treasure in the heart of Carmichael.Review from Apartments.com
Lovely place, decent management
October 3, 2020i lived here for a few years, upon moving in the apartment was clean, comfortable and functional and the manager was attentive and responsive to my needs. Upon my stay here every issue i had with the apartment was dealt with care and was fixed super quickly. When i moved out the manager was cooperative and respectful of her tenants and i got my deposit back as i left the apartment very clean and well maintained just like the the first time i get it.
