Nice for the Price
August 4, 2015Fairly well-maintained older complex. Mostly older tenants or younger tenants with no small children. It's quiet and peaceful. Nice pool area with huge shade trees. Apartments are large, but the two-bedroom units have only one bathroom. No office onsite. A big problem at this time is the laundry room. Washers (3) and dryers (4) are very old The washers are out of order frequently. Area surrounding the complex is a mix of sketchy and decent. The complex is across the street from an older ...shopping center, with a not-so-pretty view of the rear entrances to the stores. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Have lived here over a year and - except for the laundry facilities - have been satisfied that I'm getting a good deal for the money. When I need a maintenance call, they are prompt and do a good job.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
