Friar Woods Apartments

OUTSIDE property to smoke which is insane way to manage the situation. One can not force people to not smoke. Those who smoke will only sneak. I do not understand why they simply did not just have the units smoking and non smoking to solve the whole issue for everyone. Like most mfg'ers and government... no common sense management. The GYM was locked up with office so what good is that if they are not around to get in. In addition, sign said be back at 2:45... It was 4:45 and still not back. I hear that happens quite a bit. I also noticed porches ON TOP of one another and NO ONE AT ALL was enjoying those porches, which says quite a lot on a nice day. The apartments hear them did not seem as up to date, but the people seem to be really enjoying their porches. That also said quite alot to me. I mean why have a pretty deck if the people there can not even feel at home enough to enjoy it. again, I imagine because of all mgr restrictions. There are always those who fuss over just about everything, but these things are people's lifestyle issues that are important. Sometimes a pretty picture seems pretty, but everyday in that enviorment can be sour. I PASSED. Good luck

TO BE A SMOKE-FREE COMMUNITY, BUT SOME FOLKS DO NOT SMOKE IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS. MANAGEMENT WAITS UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE BEFORE GIVING YOU A NOTICE THAT THEY WILL NEED TO BE IN YOUR APT. MOST OF THE TIME, WHICH IS BOTHERSOME AND FRUSTRATING. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE LOUD DISTURBANCES, BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO STOP IT!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED FOR NEW APTS!!!! :(
