BAD Investment for an apartment to rent

This apartment is falling apart. There is only one washer and two dryers to a 22 unit that doesn’t function properly, tenants leave their clothes in the washer or dryer for hours, some tenants smoke in or outside of the property, belongings left in the pool area, clothes hanging over the pool gate, front and back gate broken every couple of months, call box is broken, it takes them days sometimes years before fixing an issue you requested, mishandling of financial records for tenants, and ...

onsite manager is barely onsite. There could be mold in this building but doubt they ever had an inspector visit this place. The owner is cheap when it comes to repairs. This place is not their priority. Word of advice, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! You will be wasting your money and they will take advantage of you.

when i moved in there was a few things that need to be fixed and they told me they will fix it....it took them over a year just to fix my windows for example..i have to use two keys to open my apartment door.
