Lots of Upgrades with the new owner / manager
June 2, 2024Fulton Flats West was just upgraded and modernized. The interior units have new flooring, cabinets, appliances and bathrooms. New LVP flooring is great. New carpets, paint and LED lights in the commons. There's a huge parking lot and 1 car garages for rent for a small fee. Lots of lighting at night! Safe! Clean! Storage units available. Laundry on site. Way nicer than most complexes nearby. Manager is so nice!Review from Apartments.com
Do not rest here
February 27, 2022This apartment complex is very nasty also they love to towe people's car ? at night. There is no proper parking lot for tenants to park. Whenever you moving out they will lies on you and says you for stuff that don't make no sense. Please don't rent from here, if you rent from them you will regret it. They don't take checks
March 9, 2016This management company only takes money orders for rent which is a huge hassle. Most places that only take money orders do so because they take for ever to cash your check. Normally it's because they would rather wait until they have all the rent checks to make a run to the bank versus going regularly for the people that do pay rent on time. As far as crime. Drive by at night. You will see people hanging out in the front smoking weed and drinking while listening to music.Review from Apartments.com
