Not worth it. Too much noise and internet problems. Appliances are ok a best. They charge you money for everything on top of what it costs to live here. Overall clean and well built apartments with layouts and design that just makes sense. Their have been a few issues but nothing major and mainly due to this being a brand new building that is still being worked on in some areas. Again, nothing major by the small glitches and quirks of the building can be annoying sometimes.
