June 9, 2025Gio is such a fantastic place to live! I put in a work order for maintenance to come in and he came within 24 hours! Gio has fantastic customer service and the living space is perfect. Such a luxurious and fancy place to live with such great amenities in the apartments! Its location is absolute perfect and is a safe little pocket to live in Sacramento. April 21, 2025I am new to Gio but I must say it is turning out to be the awesome place to live I thought it would be. Ina and Alexander both deserve awards for customer service. They made the stressful transition of relocating a little easier, and I am grateful for them. In addition I love the "safe" feeling of the community, the property is extremely nice inside and out. Last but not least everything around Gio complements each other, UC Davis Medical Center, Sutter medical Center, and of course the ...Elmhurst portion. February 10, 2025Great facility, but could use more timely manner/attention to maintenance requests (ie key fob to garage took weeks to fix). Had also been dealing with cockroach problem for awhileProperty Manager Responded

I hope that management can keep the Gio beautiful for the long period time. Some residents didn’t do the right things, it makes very dirty, but it was nothing happening here.
