Great apartment building. Loft style. Great Gym. Great, polite, very responsive manager. Mostly new appliances. Convenient location. We plan on staying here for at least two years. Only negative I can think of is lack of good insulation because the building was built over 100 years ago. So, expect to have higher than usual cooling/heating costs. Overall, very satisfied.

There was an issue with the lease, and they amended it immediately, they have done everything they can to address every concern I've had. GW lofts offer beautiful and varying floor plans. The included membership to Fitness Factory gym is a great amenity. The discount at the Rustic goat is also nice. Maintenance request are a pain. A serious one.
