Great apartment building. Loft style. Great Gym. Great, polite, very responsive manager. Mostly new appliances. Convenient location. We plan on staying here for at least two years. Only negative I can think of is lack of good insulation because the building was built over 100 years ago. So, expect to have higher than usual cooling/heating costs. Overall, very satisfied.

There was an issue with the lease, and they amended it immediately, they have done everything they can to address every concern I've had.
