Terrible service
January 7, 2026The apartments are ancient and falling apart. Because of that, you will have water and electricity outages in your building with little to no warning. Once i had to go stay at a feiends house for a few days because that's hiw long the repairs took.They also have windows blinds that break off like biscuit. I broke one blade of a window blind and they charged me $95. Then, after I left, I was charged another $400+ for underbilled water and sewer charges for the years I was there. You read that ...right. October 1, 2023I have loved living here the past four years- first with a roommate and now in my own place. The rents are reasonable and the value is unmatched. Great location, great neighborhood, access to transit, groceries, and dining… As a single woman, I feel very safe here, which isn’t a given everywhere. The staff is awesome and actually care about the residents. The floor plans give a lot of storage and space, plus it feels really home-like and unique rather than cookie cutter or hotel like. September 2, 2023I really love the location and feel of this community. The support from the staff is really nice and the maintenance happens really fast after putting in a request. The area is really safe and within walking distance to Trader Joes, CVS, a bar, and some other stuff too which is really nice. The staff really seems to care about the residents which is great. Only complaint I have is that the maintenance crew can just let themselves in whether I am home or not, and without any notice.
